Krispy Kreme Collins Street

Thank you to your 2 staff who looked after my order after a long day at work, my brain wasn't functioning 😂, the gentleman and the lovely lady took my written order and made sure my order was organized right. I didn't even have to ask, she had written on the paper bags my team mates orders to make my life easier when handing out back in the office.

I recently attended this establishment as part of their birthday celebration. I expected a rousing chorus as it was a monumental achievement for a chain store such as Krispy cream. The attendant was in a foul mood as likeminded consumers such as I partook in the celebration by singing ‘Hip hip, hooray’ which granted us a free doughnut. While I was pleased to receive a free original glazed doughnut the attendant’s lack of enthusiasm and visible frustration made me feel a little guilty for partaking in the festivities. I hope the attendants had a chance themselves to partake in the celebrations from this humble doughnut chain.

I am amazed by the customer service I received. We were just talking about donuts and how I was craving them which is when my friend saw the Krispy Kreme shop and pointed out how tasty their donuts were. Seeing there were still people behind the counter we stepped in and they assured us the store was still open, even though all chairs were on the tables. They gave us recommendations for a 4 pack so we bought the 4 pack. The two young ladies and the nice bloke made us really happy and even gave us another 4 pack of classics for free “because we were so nice”. Definitely gained two customers right there!!

I recently visited Krispy Kreme Donuts on Collins Street in Melbourne, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The prices were reasonable, and the interior had a cozy and inviting vibe. The surroundings were bustling, making it a great spot for people-watching. Parking was a bit challenging to find, but once inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lively, with a mix of locals and tourists enjoying their treats. The cleanliness was impressive, with tables promptly cleared and the whole area well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed their coffee, which complemented the assorted types of donuts perfectly. The variety of donuts available was extensive, ranging from classic glazed to creative, indulgent flavors. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Krispy Kreme's offerings and the overall experience at their Collins Street location.
